Short Courses in Mathematics
Do you need to brush up on some mathematics? Then come along to one of our workshops.
The Mathematics Learning Support Centre regularly runs workshops to give students the opportunity to revise, practise and develop basic mathematical/ statistical skills which will be useful in their mainstream studies, when preparing for employers’ numeracy tests or for learning to budget successfully. They are primarily confidence building sessions and there will be the opportunity to ask for help.
Details of the workshops are below. The Eureka Centre of Mathematical Confidence workshops can be booked by emailing eureka@lboro.ac.uk. Give your name, year of study and course. Also state the workshop code as listed in the table below.
